Shipping & Delivery Policy – ICT (It's a Crochet Thing)

At ICT, our aim is to deliver your handcrafted crochet pieces in a quick, safe, and reliable manner. We ship across India and also offer international shipping.

Processing Your Order

Each ICT product is thoughtfully handmade, so we take a little extra care in preparing your order.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
  • For bulk orders or made-to-order pieces, processing time may be slightly longer. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

Our shipping charges are calculated to cover order processing, careful packaging, and delivery. Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Customs & International Orders

All international orders are shipped via reliable courier partners such as DTDC or FedEx.

  • Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may be applicable once the shipment arrives.
  • These charges are not controlled by ICT and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
  • Most orders do not incur additional charges, but in rare cases where they do, ICT is not responsible for these fees.

Our courier partners will assist with customs clearance to ensure smooth delivery to your doorstep.

Delivery Policy

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt delivery again or deliver to a nearby address if instructed by you.

Deliveries are made on business days only, excluding public holidays. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on your location and unforeseen delays.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to external factors, and ICT cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

If a customer fails to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Important Note on Delivered Shipments

We request you to track your order regularly once dispatched.

  • If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please inform us within 48 hours (2 days).
  • Courier companies do not accept complaints beyond this timeframe, and ICT will not be liable for delays in reporting.
