Kamlesh aunty

 

Kamlesh’s journey with crochet began at a young age, when she first learned the craft during her school years. Like many girls at the time, she was introduced to crochet, knitting, and embroidery as part of her learning, but what started as a simple skill soon became something she truly enjoyed.

She would make sweaters and kids dresses just by looking at the pattern. her talent was very clear from the beginning to her and people around, though her creations were often shared as gifts.

After marriage, while managing her home and responsibilities, she continued creating pieces whenever she found time - making sweaters, Krishna ji's dresses, and thoughtful handmade items for family and loved ones.

In 2025 when a relative told me about her work i went to see it myself and it was instantly clear that she possessed the kind of talent we truly value at ICT.  Kamlesh has been a part of ICT since then and her contribution has been invaluable. She is exceptionally skilled at crafting bags , keychains and mogras with remarkable precision and speed - a strength that truly supported us during the busy wedding season of 2025 in India.

With ICT, her work found a new space to be seen and appreciated.

Today, Kamlesh creates pieces that travel far beyond her home - no longer limited to gifts, but now valued for the skill and effort she puts into each one carrying her dedication, experience, and deep love for the craft.
